Brandee has experienced a deep transformation because of a steady and faithful yoga practice. Additionally, she has used cannabis in her personal yoga practice for years. Her passion is to share these practices with others to show that cannabis-enhanced yoga helps us to become fully present and aware of the subtle sensations of the body.
Brandee began her yoga profession in India, where she acquired her 200 hour certificate. It was Mother India that taught her the importance of listening to your body and allowing the breath to guide you through a compassionate practice. Since India, she has continued her education by completing a 50 hour Yin/Restorative training under Govind Das of Bhakti Yoga Shala in Santa Monica, California, a 50 hour Ganja Yoga teacher training with founder and author of Ganja Yoga, Dee Dussault, as well as a trauma informed training led by Gemini Adams.
Brandee’s classes take you on a journey using pranayama, meditation, and asana, linked with a ritualistic cannabis experience. She welcomes all levels of experience (yoga + cannabis) into her classes. Let the practice meet you where you are.
